How it works
The 3D Trilogy- ice machine delivers rapid pulses of laser, the energy from these pulses builds as heat within the hair follicle causing irreversible heat trauma within the hair. The body is not able to repair this damage and therefore hair can no longer grow within that follicle.
The 3D machine uses triple wave length technology which means the laser can target different depth and anatomical structures within the hair follicle.The combination of the different levels at which the laser is absorbed and the rapid speed at which the laser is delivered ensures you will achieve maximum results.

What will happen during my treatment?
During your treatment your therapist will apply a cool gel to the area being treated, they will then use a hand held device which the laser is fired from. You may feel a warming, tingling sensation and your skin may go pink in colour. The treatment itself is relatively painless and will last between 15 and 45 minutes depending upon the area being treated.

Who is suitable for laser treatment?
Most clients are suitable for laser hair removal; however we do a thorough consultation and patch test before any treatments.

How many sessions are required?
A bespoke plan of session requirements will be devised during your consultation, this is personal to each individual client.

What areas can be treated?
Practically anywhere that you have unwanted hair! suitable for both men and women.

How long until I see results?
Results can normally be seen after just one treatment; however due to hair growth patterns numerous treatments are always recommended.

Do I have to shave before laser treatments?
Yes, you will need to shave the day before your treatment. This is so the laser light penetrates down into the hair follicle where it is needed to cause the damage and is not absorbed by hair that is above the skin.

Can I go in the sun whilst having laser treatment?
After your session of laser you will need to stay out of the sun for 2-4 weeks. When you are out in the sun you will need to wear a high factored sun protections (SPF50+).

Can I have laser hair removal whilst pregnant?
Unfortunately laser hair removal is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding ladies.

Can I wax between appointments?
No, your only method of hair removal between appointments should be shaving. So no waxing, hair removal cream, threading etc.
